Is the course approved?
Yes, the course is approved by the Tennessee
Board of Dentistry.
Who is eligible?
Applicants must be employed by a dentist.
How is the course organized? The
course has a didactic portion and a clinical portion. Much of
the
didactic material will be provided online. After
you register and pay for the course, you will be able to "sign
in" and begin taking the online portion. a Go

the online portion.
What
is included in the course? Besides
basic dental assisting skills, the
course also includes training in radiology and nitrous
monitoring which qualifies you to become certified by the State of
Tennessee in those two functions.
Where will the clinical portion be held? The
clinical portion is held at different locations. Go to "register" to see
the locations.
Who are the
instructors? The principle clinical
instructor is Dr. William Johnson, a dental educator with 18 years
of teaching experience. Dr. Johnson may be assisted by
other dentists or dental educators.

is to use.
When is the course offered?
You can start the course any time. The "hands on"
portion is offered at different times. See "register"
above for those dates.
How much does it cost?
The fee for the course is $800.
When do I have to Pay?
Payment is expected within 14 days after registering.
A place in the class will be secured as soon as payment is received.
If we do not receive payment is 14 days, we will assume you have
changed your mind, and we will offer your position in the class to
someone on the waiting list.
What is your refund policy?
You will receive a full refund (minus a $100
processing fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before the course.
You will receive a 50% refund f you cancel less than 30 days before
the course.
